A Sales Person’s Creed

I affirm the concept of elevating the customer.  I believe I’m there for the customer’s benefit, not the other way around.  I’ve failed when I haven’t served the customer.  I exist to add value, putting the customer’s interests first.  If the customer’s standing doesn’t improve because of a transaction, I’ve failed.
